Nourish your body, mind and belly with this 4 hour Yoga, Meditation and Food Workshop complete with a plant based lunch and raw vegan treats.
I am really pleased to be hosting this new workshop with the lovely, Lauren Gray! She is an experienced yoga teacher who is well versed with teaching classes and holding workshops and retreats in both Hampshire and Dorset. Lauren and I are both really excited to bring together yoga and food for a really fun afternoon where you’ll leave feeling well-balanced and nourished! 🙂
Here is what you can expect at the Yogi Picnic …
Starting at 12pm we will enjoy a 75 minute hatha flow yoga practice focusing on how to nourish our bodies through movement & breathing.
At 1:30pm we will explore the simplicity of creating raw vegan snacks and discuss our relationship with food and share ways to make tasty snacks utilising simple whole foods. We will then enjoy our plant based picnic lunch, freshly made by me.
At 3:15pm we will come together for a 30 minute meditation session to reflect and ‘digest’ all the information of the day. There will be 15 minutes at the end to ask any questions you may have. Please feel free to bring a notebook and pen to journal the day and take notes.
Booking is essential as spaces are limited to 12 people.
Booking will close a week before the workshop date.
