Raw Chocolate Smoothie

This is one of my favourite things to wizz together when I’m hanging around the kitchen wondering what to have, or even as a pick me up to help my concentration when studying or working through something.

You could also take this to work for a mid-day snack – just store in an airtight glass bottle or plastic cup and pop in the fridge (shake well before drinking).

The rich chocolate taste, with the sweet medjool dates always satisfies anyway sweet cravings I may have. This smoothie is totally dairy free, plant-based and packed with vitamins, minerals and fibre (even protein) making it is easy to digest, as well as leaving you feeling energised.

  1. Pop everything in your blender and blend till smooth
  2. Garnish with chai seeds and cacao nibs 😉

I like my smoothies thick but if you prefer a more milkshake consistency just add more milk.IMG_3099
