Place the oats, almonds and seeds in a food processor. Pulse and blend until it becomes ground. Then add the rest of the ingredients, pulsing then blending until it is all mixed together and slightly sticky.
Transfer the mixture into a lined load tin and press down evenly and firmly. Freeze for 20-30 minutes to set. Then slice into 18 squares when ready to eat.
