I’m a BIG curry fan just like the rest of the UK , and the rest of the world probably. They are just so tasty and rich in flavour and texture.
I actually bought my boyfriend an Indian cooking lesson for his Christmas present this year and we’re so excited to learn how to make traditional Indian food. But for now, I’m going to share a quick curry recipe with you and as much as I LOVE using individual spices and blending them together, I will be using a ‘medium tikka curry powder’ which is a simple blend of coriander seed, paprika, cumin seed, onion powder, coriander leaf, garlic powder, fenugreek, cinnamon, ginger, chilli powder, black pepper, cardamon and clove.
When I am buying pre-made curry blends, I check it is just spices and no added sugar.
