Fuss-free and simple, these bites are the perfect snack to keep you going throughout the day, making them great for on-the-go, to take to work or to pop in a kiddies lunch box (preferably your kid).
I think bananas are a great way to naturally sweeten things up, whether I’m using them in baked goods or a smoothie 😉 Two ripe bananas are just right for me in this recipe, but if you’d like your banana bites a little sweeter, a dash of maple syrup wouldn’t hurt.
