  1. Pre-heat oven at 160C (fan). Roast hazelnuts on a lined baking tray in the middle of the oven for 8-10 minutes so they are nicely toasted and not burnt
  2. Rub the shells off as best you can using your hands, then add the hazelnuts, cacao powder and maple syrup to the food processor.
  3. Once it has blended for 5-7 minutes, add the water and let it run until it had become really smooth.
  4. Store in an airtight jar for 3-4 weeks in the fridge. Enjoy 🙂
