Recently I tried courgette in my porridge and really liked it and thought it’s such a good way to fit another veggie in your diet. Then when I shared it on my facebook page, one of my followers Beth told me to make carrot cake porridge, so I tried it and it’s rather nice. (Healthy too as carrots contain vitamin A, C, K, B8, iron, copper, and manganese) 😀
I have since made it the last few mornings, so thought I’d share it on here with your guys.
I find porridge so filling and it love that you can add all your nuts and seeds to make it packed with goodness.
I topped mine with maple syrup, chia and shelled hemp seeds.
