It is so straightforward and quick to make, making it perfect for those pushed for time but want a healthy way to satisfy their hunger.
The quantity listed below makes 2 large portions (which would stretch to 4 starter portions), but feel free to double the ingredients to make more. You will just have to use your blender twice and then mix everything in a large bowl to even it out.
