This is a really simple energy balls recipe with only 4 ingredients; dates, peanut butter, cacao powder and oats! Have a play around with the quantities to make it suit your taste. Add a couple more dates if you want it sweeter or feel it’s too crumbly. When you’re ready to roll, squeeze the mixture in your hand a few times to ensure it’s sticky enough to roll into balls.
